Unity in Diversity
When you sing with our chorus, you will join other singers of all musical experience levels, and from a variety of cultural, racial, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds. We have more than 100 singers, representing over 30 nations, who speak at least 30 different languages, with ages ranging from 16 years old to 80 years young. International Voices Houston enhances our quality of life, regardless of our musical background, and its non-tangible spirit is one of “home.”
Singer Membership Commitment
International Voices Houston is a volunteer membership organization and we rely on membership dues to help pay for music, performance space, and operational expenses. Financial assistance is available for those who need it.

Our singers utilize Chorus Connection to keep in touch with each other and share music scores and resources. This link requires a login to access content for our singers.

Singer Spotlight
Dr. Sung Kim
Bass
Dr. Sung Kim joined International Voices Houston in March of 2004, when the choir was called the United Nations Association International Choir. Dr. Kim is originally from Korea. His favorite International Voices Houston performance that he has been a part of was the concert performed during the choir’s European Tour through Vienna, Prague, and Bratislava in June of 2015. Dr. Kim’s favorite thing about International Voices Houston is all the friendly members.
